Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use Agile methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Skills Required
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving common goals.
- Agile Methodology: Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) for project management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey project updates clearly.
Qualifications
- MBA or comparable professional experience in project management, leadership, or operations.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
